Assess information and prepare response to questions from Parliament, State Governments, Ministries, government agencies and statutory bodies in a comprehensive and strategic manner.

It also includes contributing towards fulfillment of national policy objective by ensuring provisioning of affordable services over global national infrastructure.2. Research, collate and provide input on clear and stringent eligibility criteria for licensees for review and discussion to ensure better outcomes once initiatives are implemented.3. Prepare and check relevant documents required by USP Regulations to be issued to licensees; ensure documents are clear, accurate, intelligible and comprehensive.4. Review and revise documents such as Notification of Approval and Notification of target to be issued to designated USP and licensees are properly & clearly drafted in scheduled manner.5. Adhering to systematic or established approaches in reviewing and assessing proposals made for utilization of contribution to USP Fund by major contributors.

1. Engage with sales, customers, pricing, bid or solution teams to perform presales feasibilities for solutions.2. Work with carrier and systems team to follow-up and complete feasibility responses and provide response to the pricing/bid/solution teams.3. Engage with customers on specific opportunities.4. Design the solution, including selection of partners when needed.5. Document the solution for handover and knowledge base.6. Produce customer specific diagrams and supporting text for proposals.7. 1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales TECHNICAL engineering support to Sales & Marketing, including preparation of the Technical Proposals, Satellite User Handbooks, MEASAT Satellite Technical User Guides, and trainings to customers.2. Assist in specifications and engineering of customers satellite networks such as link budget analysis, recommendation of equipment for service, project lead the service/system design.3. Support in remote site management, ie project manage installers deployment, asset tracking, RMA, site performance tracking.4. Assist in post-sales technical issues including carrier/service performance, due to local, satellite and ground equipment issues.5. Assist in Transponder Management of the satellites, which involves frequency planning & optimization of transponders bandwidth and power.6. Assist in Product Development, ie develop Product Plans (Technical) for various VAS service such as Internet Broadband, WIFI Hotspot Solution.7. Draft and follow through on technical scope of work in contract discussion with internal and external customers.8. Support future satellite projects by evaluating various satellite payload options.
