At Divar Company, I worked in four key areas: data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence (BI), and data science. As a data analyst, I utilized Python and SQL to extract insights from large datasets and apply statistical models for informed decision-making. In data engineering, I designed efficient pipelines and automated workflows for seamless data integration. As a BI expert, I used Tableau and other visualization tools to create informative charts and dashboards, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, in data science, I applied predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights. My multidisciplinary expertise contributed to optimizing data processes and supporting strategic decision-making at Divar Company.

In Digikala, I worked as one of the OPM team members. We rated sellers' performance by 3 indicators (Delay, Cancellation, Return) and planned to manipulate the system to make it smarter also we handle several projects with other teams and departments which results in the company's growth. These projects include customer experience & Net promoter score improvement, procedure revision for other teams, and many small projects with Operation departments.During this time I worked on some projects in different departments, as described below:Marketing: NPS improvement including 4 projects- Customer clustering by RFM model- Finding best practices and presenting internalized methods for Digikala to increase NPS- Designing a model for late delivered shipment- Setting KPIs to measure the procedure of increasing NPS like customer effort score (CES), customer satisfaction score (CSS) as lag indicators, and Time to resolve (TTR) as a lead indicator.Operation: While we had many small projects the biggest one was ship by seller project. following limited operational capacity for business, Digikala decided to start ship by seller project to improve both NPS (by delivery time reduction) and sellers' number of sales.Marketplace: As the department, I worked in, we had a lot of projects with other existing teams to improve sellers' performance.
