• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets• Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

• Prepare monthly Finance report other operating statement as required• Make monthly tax report• Budget Controller• prepare all even settlements• Assist in budget development, review and rolling forecast updates as required• monitor in-house concessionaire contract and reconciles those accounts monthly• Coordinate Finance department's role in yearly audit by external auditors • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
