• Assigned as an executive for Supply Chain Management (SCM) department.• Involved in Panthera project which is an initiative of optimizing and digitalizing end-to-end EPCIC SCM processes from bid preparation until the end of warranty.• Developed and executed new process flow based on existing processes for all SCM processes to align with new proposed digitalization and automation processes resulting in reducing manual intervention, paperwork and increase the work efficiency.• Directly involved in streamlining the procurement processes which covers from purchase requisition until payment.• Data analysis from Price Sheet database, PO/SO from SAP, and Delivery Order of different past projects to come out with benchmarking price and weight for all material procurement.• Dealt and communicated with other department’s PICs and improvised their current process flowto align with SCM new system.

• Assigned as a line engineer for Precision Assembly production.• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime.• Diagnose the source of the production breakdowns, troubleshoot the problems and deploy preventive measures by using root cause analysis (5 Why’s, Fishbone, Impact Matrix, Pareto).• Responsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5S, Safety and environmental protection in the production line.• Responsible for the production quality output and managing the bottlenecks to meet the customer specifications.• Ensure the production team do monthly Preventive Maintenance for all machines in line by following the schedule.• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure all calibration equipment for the production line is not over the calibration due date.• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.

• Assist an engineer to conduct Subsea hose Quarterly Inspection at Single Point Mooring (SPM) by boarding a ship.• Learned and observed an engineer manage schedule on preventive maintenance for quick release hook and capstan.• Do a checklist for tools inside Sungai Udang Port Authority (SUPA) store.• Assist HSE officer to send tools and equipment to an electrical and mechanical workshop in Malaysia Refining Company Sdn Bhd (MRCSB) site for inspection.• Involved and assist operation team in a fender replacement project.• Learn how to do documentation such as Daily Progress Report, Closed Out Report, Delivery Order and Material Request Form.
