Project Management: Overseeing the modernization process, including coordinating with contractors and technicians to ensure compliance with required standards.4. Training Technicians: Providing necessary training for technicians and workers involved in executing the upgrades to ensure they understand the new components.5. Testing Systems: Conducting thorough tests on elevators post-modernization to ensure they operate correctly and safely.6. Client Communication: Advising clients on modernization options, explaining potential benefits and costs.7. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluating the costs associated with modernization processes against the potential benefits.8. Compliance with Standards: Ensuring that upgrades align with local and international safety and performance regulations.9. Follow-Up and Maintenance: Establishing plans for periodic maintenance after modernization to ensure the continued performance of the new systems.10. Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports outlining the results of the upgrades, including performance, time taken, and costs compared to the budget.11. Research and Development: Staying updated on the latest technologies and innovations in the elevator sector and working to integrate these into future upgrades.12. Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Working closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the effective and cohesive implementation of upgrades.

• Full responsibility for the installation teams, numbering 10 crews.• Draw all detailed elevator plans using AutoCAD and DigiPara Lift designer 2024.• Supplying new elevators and spare parts.• Director of the maintenance and breakdown department and providing the necessary technical support (AS380 STEP inverter, Monarch inverter, VDL200 &ADL300 Gefran inverter, ARCODE Inverter, HEDEFSAN Inverter, VEGA Card.• Request to transport and supply goods to locations.• Responsible for all mechanical and electrical work from A to Z required by the elevator.• Delivering the elevator to the customer and the third-party company.• Create monthly maintenance schedules for all company elevators.• Preparing schedules for the installations completed in the month and working on developing an advance work plan for the following month.

• Responsible for all electrical work of the elevator• Assembling, programming and testing elevator controls• Follow up on the work of electrical installation crews• Receiving the finished elevators and performing the necessary safety tests• Delivery of finished elevators to a third party company
