About Mohammad Mustafa

I'm a detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and multitasking telecom/network engineer with over 9 years experience. My assignment as the Network Operation Center (NOC) Manager with Xplorium Ltd calls into action my vast and diverse skill-set. I draw upon a wealth of directly relevant experience in order to play my role successfully at Xplorium, a leading multinational telecom company with offices and facilities around the globe.My telecommunications career kicked off with a project for Aishti, Beirut back in 2006. The project featured LAN/WAN development, implementation and maintenance apart from peripheral and software installation, data communication, and technical support. I joined Xplorium in 2007 as NOC Engineer, a position that allowed me to cement my networking, trouble-shooting and complaint handling skills in an advanced telecom-specific environment. By 2011, I was offered the job of NOC Manager by MHD Telecom, Beirut. I served in that position for a year, after which I moved to Exxon Telecom as Technical Director. In 2013, I was approached by my first employer, Xplorium, to take charge as NOC Manager. I had loved the environment and the futuristic vision of Xplorium during my initial 4-year stint, so I rejoined Xplorium in December 2013 with the intentions of settling down and building my career in this firm. My job involves taking all requisite measures to keep the NOC running 24/7, implementing fraud prevention protocols, coordinating with global networking and strategic partners, managing VoIP and TDM interconnection, and much more. I have always tried to keep myself abreast of the latest technological developments by keeping my knowledge-base updated through professional certifications such as CCNA.My desire for knowledge drives my working habits, as I am always on the lookout for newer technologies and more efficient ways of doing things.
