Responsibilities: (Project: King Abdallah International Garden):‐ Coordinating between all entities (ARCH, Structure, Landscape and Electro‐Mechanical) on Design & Shop Drawing Phase.‐ Design Verification for all Mechanical Trades for the Project.‐ Create Work Packages, Procurement and Vetting sheets for all major Mechanical Equipment and Items.

During my course in Al Husam Company, I’ve been working in the bidding, planning and the execution phase of Two Projects:A. KKIA Mega Plant A Cooling Plant: Engineering (Including Shop Drawings), Installation and Commissioning-Civil, Architectural-Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water & Drainage Services)-Electrical & Low Current including BMS.B. RCTF Greenfield Project in Aramco Refinery:-Erection of Heavy equipment “Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Air coolers, Vessel & Pumps”.-Erection of 900 Tons of Light & Heavy Steel Structure-Fabrication and installation 18,000 Dia of GRE Underground Piping, installation of 30,000 Dia of Carbon Steel Spools all around the equipment & Pipe Racks.List of responsibilities:1- Review tender document in detail and develop clear understanding for the scope of work and responsibilities.2- Preparing project organization and communication charts.3- Make sure the project is being executed according to the contract and document every single report for claim purpose.4- Assisting the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows, preliminary milestones and detailed schedule Level 4 and 5. 5- Ordering all the site facilities, tools and consumables necessary for the project.6- Analyzing the received quotations from suppliers, Perform a comparison among received quotations with the Budget Price all with satisfying the client's requirements.7- Preparing the Monthly Progress Report for internal review, evaluate estimated cash flow and planned cost, Schedule vs. actual cost and schedule progress using Earned Value Method and submit the invoices to the Client for approval.8- Assist in preparing a claim for extension of time, gather all the required documents, and evaluate them in order to address a defensible claim.Another part of my responsibilities in Al Husam Company was in estimation several mechanical bidding projects similar to Refinery work “SAIPEM”, & Khurais Village “Aramco”.

1- Design Development phase for MEIA Middle Euphrates International Airport for Load Center and Utilities facilities; Design development and Final design phase for PTB (Passenger Terminal Unit)2- Shop drawing Stage for KAIA King Abdel Aziz International Airport project.3- Design Development Phase for Basrah Sports City Hotel in Iraq, AIS American International School, New Jet Propulsion Center, JCT Jeddah Cornish Tower, RTRC Road and Transportation Research Center in KSA.4- Testing and Commissioning for mechanical services in Hilton Hotel Beirut.5- Redesign, Shop drawing and supervision for Hazmieh Village project in Lebanon.6- Several Commercial and Residential building in Lebanon, Arab Gulf and Middle East including Vertini and Al-Baraka Bank.
