In this design team, I worked with the mechanical design team to design a car for the TMU chemical engineering design team

Contributed to human factors design, ensuring the caraccommodates a wide range of drivers. Specifically designed the steering wheel and column while taking into account restrictions such as egress and comfort.

Worked as a customer care specialist.My role involved answering inbound calls from the customers, creating a ticket for their concerns and helped them get their issues resolved.

Worked as a Pharmacy Associate at Walmart Canada during the 2020 lockdown. Played a crucial role in supporting people during a high-risk period for being outdoors. Responsibilities included handling prescription pick-ups and stocking over-the-counter medications. Assisted with pharmacy assistant tasks, including filing prescriptions slips during busy times. Enhanced customer service and stress management skills. Gained knowledge of Canadian health guidelines.

During the summer of 2020, I started working at BnB Transfer Corp as a remote customer service and technical support. My responsibilities were to -Attend to new customers requests -Follow up with new customers to get feedback about the service -Follow up with online inactive users -Communicate with the customer service team in other regions of the globe -Process and pay inbound transaction -Process transactions -Assist agents by depositing and applying credit for them.It was a great experience during the summer.

Arlyka is a school based on teaching pastry and cuisine in Conakry Guinea. From January 2019 to July 2019, I managed their social media platform. I used Vegas Pro to edit videos contentthat I used for marketing for the school. Basically I worked as the photographer, the editor, the publisher and the marketing specialist. I was managing Facebook and YouTube.

Kadirecpes is a YouTube channel providing African recipes videos instructions, it’s owned by a relative, from 2016 to 2017 I assisted the filming process of the videos. This wasn’t a job but a learning experience where I helped create videos that helped thousands of people.
