In this role, I mastermind the business growth and innovation department with a focus on business development, proposal management, project management of large scale projects, ideation and prototyping of products/services, and incubation of new business units.A few of my key accomplishments include:• I have increased large scale tender award rates from 16% to 38% in the first year and sustained a 3% growth rate for subsequent years.• I completed a $15M Election's Contract, maximizing the project profitability.• I identified the value proposition, business plan, and technology providers and partners for the creation of a PKI as a Service/KYC as a Service RegTech company focused on the Middle East.

During this most recent role at Inkript Identification Technologies, I managed the design, architecture, development, and deployment for solutions being developed at IIT. I successfully oversaw projects including a complex inventory and issuance system for issuing and monitoring number plates across Lebanon, an online secure API for Road Usage fees, an eVisa Portal, a Border Management and Integration solution, and a Driving License Management and Vehicle Registration Management solution.Some of my contributions included:• I designed and managed the development of three novel products, Overcast (SSO-Single Sign-On Multi-Tenant Cloud Solution), OverWatch (Mobile Device Management), and eKYC (electronic Know Your Client Solution) in less than one year.• I spearheaded the digital transformation project for the Traffic, Truck, and Vehicle Management Authority in Lebanon, implementing agile methodologies in the Software Development process to maximize efficiency and reduce change requests.

As General Manager, I established the company by developing strategy, branding, business plan, recruitment plan, and value-added proposition. I expanded the team to include 9 sales professionals and 21 integration engineers by the second year. I masterminded the completion of security designs, installation, deployment, and integration of all security, safety, and access control components including 700+ IP surveillance cameras, 1100 access control doors, 550 speakers, fire alarms, BMS, high-end motorized doors, parking systems, and gates at the Mondrian Hotel Project in Doha.A couple of examples of the value I provided are:• I led numerous projects for delivering and integrating cutting edge technology solutions for the Qatar Armed Forces, Internal Security Forces, Alfardan, and several others.• I increased sales to $8M+ in the second year of operations and by 36% ($10.9M) in the third year while improving profitability through operational efficiency.

In this earlier experience with Inkript, I supervised the development of all solutions software and hardware for Inkript Forms, Inkript Cards, Inkript Technologies, and Inkript Industries developed in house, through acquisition, and the development of new products and solutions. I resolved any production issues and bottlenecks and acquired functional requirement specifications to augment the production capacity, reduce waste, and cease customer complaints about various operation facilities.Some of my achievements were:• I architected the biometric platform and its design, making the company a biometric leader in the Middle East and Africa because of its ability to work in a difficult environment with limited telecommunications infrastructure due to its innovative design and modular architecture.• I automated the sorting processes and integrated industrial-grade cameras and barcode readers at Inkript Industries Bchamoun Factory resulting in a reduction of production waste of 7.8%.• I enhanced sales by 12% through the implementation of an eChecks platform used to order, manage, print, and fulfill checkbooks for several Lebanon banks.
