Truck maintenance

 Managing overall diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and electronic faults, noise diagnosis by discussing faults with customers, and rectifying faults. Dismantling engines or other parts and systems requiring attention, ordering replacement parts, tuning, rebuilding, repairing or replacing any faulty parts or components & service vehicles by changing vehicle lubricants (such as oil) and coolants Helping workers in fault finding in Engine, Chassis, Gear Box, Differential, and Axles, fixing the faults with the help of workers with appropriate technical measures. Carrying out road tests and resolving drivability problems as well as allotting job cards, guiding technician on repair of engines, transmission and suspension of overhauls. Preparation of estimate after visual inspection of accident vehicle and submitting the same to insurance company.  Raising the bills calculating spares used and the man hours as per the schedule, presenting the same to clients and handling any differences in the same.  Checking the warranty claims as per company warranty policy and replacing the spares that are faulty.  Preparing product performance report mentioning the root causes involved in failure of the components. Managing the Shop floor activities like man power allocation , spare parts arrangements, estimate preparation, work controlling, testing the vehicle after job completion, Road test ,bill preparation and inform to customers Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance work for all Vehicles & Machineries  Job Card, History Card, Estimate, Bill preparing for all Vehicles & Machineries. Coordination with customers for reducing Breakdown time.
