Variation• Liaise with EPM PCM/PM on the issuance of new scope to existing Work Orders and provide BOQ with Quantity for “Variation Notice”.• Verify Contractor’s Variation Proposal and recommend EPM Assessment on it. Attend to Contractors’ disagreement to EPM assessment and respond to that. If required, arrange a meeting for negotiation.• Prepare VOAF BOQ reconciliation/ Merged BOQs with benchmarking as per NEOM requirements and attend to any queries from NEOM QS on the verification of quantities and rates.E.
