Student Employment - Operational Manager
As an operational manager at McDonald’s Dijon, I played a key role in managing a dynamic team in a demanding environment. I worked closely with my team members to ensure that franchise operations were executed efficiently and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.I have assumed a leadership role by motivating, training and supervising my team members so that they can achieve their goals and develop professionally. I was also responsible for managing schedules, stock orders, cash operations and task planning to ensure optimal operation of the entire franchise.This experience allowed me to develop skills in team management, problem solving, customer service and communication. I have also acquired a solid understanding of operations management and rapid decision-making in a constantly changing environment.
