||Design and modeling of a 4-axis grinder for the recycling of organic and inorganic waste||As an assistant project engineer at SAVICOM, I had the opportunity to work on a four-axis shredder design project for an urban cleaning company. In collaboration with my supervisor at the company, I took charge of the complete design of the grinder by following detailed specifications.My work began with the definition of the specifications of the grinder, including the processing capacity, the size of the feed, the type of material to be crushed, the desired output size, the rotation speed and the power required according to our customer’s needs. I then worked on the selection of materials and components, making sure to comply with current quality and safety standards.Mechanical design was a crucial part of the project, and I had to design the axes, gears, bearings, shafts, discs, blades, boxes and chassis using the Caria v5 design software. I also performed simulations to ensure that the grinder met the required specifications and met quality and safety standards.My experience at SAVICOM has allowed me to develop my skills in mechanical design, modeling and simulation of mechanical systems. I have also acquired a solid understanding of the technical challenges and issues of the urban cleanliness industry.

As an Assistant Project Manager at MAFODER, I played a key role in coordinating and supervising several complex mechanical projects.
