Simply put, Mashy aims to streamline and optimize the process of outdoor advertising by simply making it simpler for businesses, agencies, and ad space owners / subletters.In the not-so-far-future, Mashy Live will also be used to run ads on the ever-increasing number of static and also moving digital screens, in the streets of Egypt.

Key responsibilities:• Proactively manages room block(s) per hotel contract(s) to avoid and mitigate liability of financial penalties:• Sets up rooming blocks (incl. sub blocks) and parameters within the appropriate system(s)• Re-negotiates attrition and no-show penalties throughout event cycle• Submits accommodation/rooming reports to hotel contacts based on milestones outlined in timeline• Reconciles post-event accommodation/rooming report(s); final pick-up at hotel(s), audit results and commission due. May be required to manage billing plan and review of hotel master accounts for payment• Defines and manages all accommodation/rooming reporting as needed/required by client• Generates all accommodation/rooming reports (i.e. New, Change, Cancel, Pick-up, Exposure)• Develops and fosters strong relationships with client, hotel contacts, other vendors and colleagues in multiple locations and time zones• Supports delegate enquiries via telephone and email as part of the wider department• Plans and manages on-site accommodation/rooming process• Providing consultant type role as a "Subject Matter Expert" for others in the Company
