- Manage all IPBB IPBB integration, optimization and transformation project and assess the plan to translate it to operations actions.- mange and operate all cloud infrastructure integration projects, Huawei VEPC, Huawei TCP OP, E/// VEPC and affirmed VTCP Optimization.-lead the developement plan for all IPBB operation staff.

a- Responsible for developing IPBB Operation team strategy. b- Review & Manage services KPIs & SLAs and assure it meets Etisalat requirements. c- Review and manage MS support agreements. d- Supervising, assessing and auditing the activities performed by IPBB back office teams (Core and RAN). e- Assessing and auditing the fault handling efficiency of IPBB front office teams (Core and RAN). f- Setting the best processes (with the interlocking teams) for a smooth work flow. g- Handling the team’s escalations and making sure the internal and external customers’ satisfaction is achieved. h- Leading the team to achieve organization targets. i- Technically supporting the team throughout network problems and outages until resolution within SLA. j- Configuring, operating and maintaining the company international and local network lines. k- Administrating Etisalat Internet Gateways for Etisalat internal customers, 3G users and Etisalat ISPs. l- Administrating Etisalat charging IP network. m- Accountable for Configuration and operation of the IP Backbone network and the services that are delivered via this network, including MPLS VPNs, Nb, SS7, A/IP, Iub/IP, Abis/IP, Gb, IuPS, IuCS, IuR Internet, etc. n- Accountable for optimization and redundancy of the IP backbone network, achieved by carrying redundancy tests and adjusting network configuration and design accordingly, to ensure that all services are redundant. p- Performing needed analysis during outages or extreme congestion conditions and applying corrective actions to minimize service impact. s- Evaluating the team performancet- Handling IPBB network expansion proposals (RFPs and RFEs) and evaluating bidders from operation perspective. u- Performing risk assessment for the daily actions performed by IPBB v- Resources Management

a- Lead the IP Backbone Operation Managed services Teams (Huawei IPRAN, Ericsson IPCORE and Raya).b- Validating and reviewing all plans sent by the planning Team before the implementation.c- Optimizing current network design (VAS, IN, IT, CS Core, BSS, PS Core, IPRAN and Internet) services to confirm maximum availability and efficient performance.d- Plan for network redundancy to cover network gaps & audit all network configurations.e- Insure IPBB network availability.f- Enhance the monitoring & performance for the IP nodes.g- Last escalation for IP Backbone Operation technical issues.h- Leading the whole projects over IP Backbone network (RAN, CORE and Internet).i- Integrating the 1st steering gateway F5 Viprion 2400 in Etisalat Misr Internet network, it used as Load-balancers serving Video Optimization system to save core & access network Opex.j- Integrating the 2nd steering gateway Citrix T1100 in Etisalat Misr Internet network, it used as Load-balancers serving Video Optimization system to save core & access network Opex.

a- Lead the E2E Data Optimization Team.b- Review network health and E2E quality.c- Performing periodic network healthy check and audits.d- Providing optimization solutions for network gaps and performance enhancement as per the conveyed planning and design standards.e- Performing redundancy audits and testing with status reporting and rectification of problems with the planning & operations team.f- Evaluate the major plans implementation.g- Responsible of the lessons learnt after any major event, to be raised to both planning and operations team.h- Network QOS.

Fully administrating Etisalat Misr IP Backbone Network Infrastructure (Ericsson MPBN, Ericsson IPRAN and Huawei IPRAN solutions) core devices including Routers (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Redback) and switches (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Huawei) and resolving network problems.c. Serving all mobile core Networks (CS Core ”MSCs& MGWs”, PS Core ”GGSN&SGSN”, Access Network “BSCs& RNCs”d. Supervising IP RAN network, Assuring redundancy and fast problem resolution.e. Administrating Internet Gateways for both 3G users and Etisalat ISPs.f. Managing the integration of Etisalat IP Backbone network with Etisalat ISP network.
