Main responsibilities:- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure that priorities are clear and ‎coordination is good.- ‎Follow up implemntation phases even on client site (Gulf area and Egypt).- Responsible for managing project team technically, identifies what technology to use, code review, be an expert in solving technical issues.- Coordinates project activities, schedules and prioritizes project features and tasks.- Using Agility methods Scrumm and Microsoft project to handle projects.- Has final approval of the design specifications and project architecture.- Handle communication between all stakeholders to be insure of satisfaction.- Responsibility for backend operations team.- Make representation for our software after first visits from marketing Dept., to replay for technical issues and business issues.- Share in RFPs (Request for Proposals).- Follow up outsource tasks.- Analysis and problem solving.- Analysis customer requirements and actual developed to take corrective actions.- Collecting customer employees’ and represent the current software or a feature in the software.- Develop the exact scope, follow up, monitor progress, manage people and keep the client satisfaction on delivery - Technical lead , project analysis, architect design, work with agile- Planning, developing and implementing software solutions (Mobile, Web and Windows applications).
