Deputy branch manager. Supervise and administer the operating functions of the branch. Direct, coordinate, and plan the activities of branch business development. Sell and promote the full range of products to both existing and potential customers. Serve as a sophisticated customer contact point for HNW Clients with full responsibility of handling the HNW Portfolio. Ensure that branch operations are efficient to achieve the objectives of the bank. Develop sales efforts to achieve the targets and branch profit objectives.

Manage, plan, and coordinate business activities of the Operations unit of the branch to ensure that efficient and effective services are provided to customers in several operating areas: cash and foreign exchange teller operations and branch accounting. Act as an internal auditor to the branch operations. Maintain branch accounting and prepare periodic reports. Act as the compliance officer and money laundering correspondent of the branch. Coordinate the diverse work within operations unit and with other departments in the branch. Ensure customer focus to develop bank business.
