Responsible for process implementation, coordination with Freight Forwarders and sound communication with Export centers & Direct customers, ensuring smooth & flawless order processing & timely delivery of documentation to customers & Warehousing activities.Ensuring a variety of tasks are done on day to day duties of the warehouse team: processing orders, organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods, ensuring goods are stored safely.Keeping staff fully trained, maintaining health and safety standards, keeping accurate records.Managing trucking companies(Freight Forwarders) and work on improving their service and standards.Mastering the current logistics processes and identify area of improvement with focus on efficiency and cost savings.Responsible for sustainability of the business deliverable by developing back up plans with purchasing for alternative supplies with proper and efficient response time.Responsible for the delivering the agreed targets ( KPI's ).Preparing with the freight forwarders to avail the trucks on time according to the shipping plan.Follow-up on freight forwarders to prepare the required documents as per customer’s instructions.Handling customer’s complaints by investigating through all involved parties.Ability to work cross functionally with other functions to optimize export stocks thus decreasing working capital.High ability to align and achieve supply chain objectives with business and customers’ objectives.Lead exports team, global shipping lines, and freight forwarders.Demonstrate ability to build, develop, and motivate a high- performing export team.Manage customers’ planned orders, and plan shipments accordingly.Strategically, part of the team who is responsible for setting the overall Country Logistics vision in terms of future growth needs required whether on Capacity, process, distribution needs.

 Responsible for all partners or distribution channels accounts. Managing all distributors sales to achieve their required target. Dealing with the distributors to open new sales channels. Following-up the distributors accounts financial and technical problems.
