I am responsible for a team of 5 sales manager 14 Line manager and 40 MR we work on the backbone unite of julphar company specialty care unit • Transform the company strategy and ensure implementation• Set clear objectives that are consistent with the company’s goals with each member of the team. • Responsible for the Unit P&L • Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate.• Follow with a distributor – shipment, payment• Monitor, analyze and evaluate the current market situation and identify opportunities and threats. • Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the KSA, including key accounts. Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in accounts through sales analysis and forecasting. • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data• Maintain a physical presence in the KSA regions to ensure understanding of customer’s needs

Responsible for all Julphar business in the region private and institutions in this period the company ranked number 7 in I.M.S IN KSA but we able to be Number 4 in Abha region
