- Establish new trading section for engineering agencies ( Fire Pumps, Diesel Generators ... etc)- Preparing a marketing strategy for new agencies- Create pipeline- Looking for new agencies agreements- Achieve Sales Target- Follow up the clients and update CRM- Prepare any factory visit for the client in Europe

- Responsible for mechanical equipment for all utilities (Boilers, compressors, pumps, Air conditioning and piping) for safe normal operation.- Responsible for all mechanical equipment of production lines for safe normal operation.- Leading a team of technicians through shift.- Execute the following types of maintenance:1- Corrective maintenance by guiding my team during trouble shooting problems with lower down time / eliminate.2- Preventive maintenance by completing PM file with other shifts through month during available time through production days or planned stoppages.3- Predictive maintenance as tasks are directed from section heads to be finalized during products change-over or Fridays.- Advise the spare part requirements for the Stores.- Reservation all spare parts at SAP.- Ensure that all the safety requirements and measurements are followed. - Raising the efficiency of equipment to produce products with high quality. - Increase the availability of machines with high performance. - Preparing daily report for head manager.

Added Tasks: Supervision of the production process. Achieve the production target according to production plan. Create and maintain assembly process routing documentation Develop action plans to increase efficiency, safety and cost reduction Provide engineering support for machining and welding processes Operation and maintenance of PLC machines.
