• Supervise Applications Development Team.• Supervise, coordinate and review the work plan for IT Applications Team including work activities assignments.• Responsible for all business applications within Logistica.• Compile and present analytical reports\charts to the board management on a need basis.• Responsible for the installations, maintenance & upgrades of business applications & related databases.• Responsible for plan, design & follow executing the process of integrating applications with customers which is essential to business, operations, employee productivity and customer satisfaction.• Responsible for customer in-house billing system design and execution.• Responsible for IT Applications\Integration part in pre-sales & customer commercial offers.• Responsible for training plans.• Prepare & review various documentation including project reports, processes, user manuals, presentations, technical plans.• Ensure the efficient operation of Logistica’s IT platform and computing infrastructure through monitoring of applications and database servers’ performance to ensure optimal operating efficiency, performance, minimizing downtime and disruption to the business and systems users which include creating maintenance & backup plans for applications and associated files in accordance with prescribed Logistica’s IT procedures.• Evaluate and recommend scope for applications and business process improvements.• Responsible for selecting new software applications ensuring that the new software & its required hardware complies with company’s software policy, ISO and validation process (Required for pharmaceutical Customers).• Interface with the applications vendors & services providers, seeking support for all technical issues which couldn’t be resolved within Logistica.• Overseeing all maintenance, contracts and SLA agreements with vendors.

1. Conducts the customer Training sessions as per standard. 2. Diagnoses the source of Technical Problems & provides appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintains high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs. 4. Provide regular reports to Management describing customers situations work status & recommending necessary actions on both Technical and Non- Technical Issues. 5. Continuously improves Individual / Technical Knowledge that will facilitate quick adaptation to New Technologies. 6. Perform Technical customer Training sessions as per standards and make sure that client apply working cycle through implemented application.7. Preparing the database and application server in the site.8. Supporting customers in any problems they may face through our 24/7 Help Desk.9. Prepare technical training for my team.10. Update my team's knowledge with the latest in our field.11. Planning, assigning, monitoring and follow up my team’s demos, projects, support visits and upgrades.
