-Design, install and configure core Microsoft Systems and Virtualization Environment.-Design, install and configure Active Directory, DHCP, Site Replication, DNS, and Group Policy configuration.-Administrate Online Exchange environment (Office 365) and Azure AD.-Administrate Mail services on the G Suite cloud portal.-Managing the Hyper-Converged environment HCI with two nodes in the main Datacenter, in addition, to creating VMs with suitable resources and handling all the tasks related to the private cloud infrastructure.-Managing the project of Al-Ghad Colleges Main Datacenter (Tier3-DC),With below main components: Cooling System, UPS system, Servers Racks, Monitor solution app, Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm System, Water Leak Detection System.-Day-to-Day operations of Physical servers, VMware, Backup, and Storage infrastructure spanned across multiple sites.-Communicating and collaborating with a variety of people, such as clients, vendors, management, and Application owners during the creation and maintenance of a system.-Identify bottlenecks in the Infrastructure and make necessary changes to overcome them.-Ensure mission-critical applications/workloads run smoothly with minimal downtimes and very minimal performance issues.-Create and follow up on Backup jobs using the Veeam suite.-Administrate Kaspersky Antivirus Servers through Security Center and manage all tasks (remotely installation, updating, and syncing).-Setting the appropriate scheduling plan for the implementation of the various IT projects.-Ensuring contracts and SLAs are in place to support the services provided by the infrastructure team.-Establishing, writing, and distributing the Standards and Procedures and making sure they are in place.-Ensure apt security levels on the network, infrastructure, and servers are maintained.-Monitor the IT Infrastructure performance without interrupting the operations by using automation as much as possible.

-Design, install and configure Windows Servers OS with the latest versions.-Design, install and configure Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Site Replication, DNS, and Group Policy configuration.-Design, install and configure Exchange Servers 2013 (2 nodes).-Perform migrating from Exchange 2013 to 2016, moving more than 1500 mailboxes to a new environment.-Perform migrating from Exchange servers (On-Premise) to Exchange Online (Office 365).-Administrate Exchange Server’s Databases, make sure sync and status are healthy.-Administrate Online Exchange environment (Office 365) and Azure AD for the subsidiary companies.-Managing 3rd party smart host Barracuda Email Security Gateway to filter inbound/outbound emails.-Administrate Kaspersky Antivirus Servers through Security Center and manage all tasks (remotely installation, updating, and syncing).-Administrate the (AVAYA) VoIP system, managing Day-to-Day tasks.-Administrate Helpdesk System (Footprint Service Desk Portal).-Managing and monitoring all company’s software, to increase performance.

-Installs and configures Windows Server OS, VMWare Linux systems, SAN/NAS storage systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and backup servers.-Responsible for managing Group Policy Object for all users.-Responsible for administrating all mailboxes databases for exchange servers.-Responsible for administering more than 1300 users, Day-to-Day tasks.-Monitors system performance especially mission-critical systems.-Manage resources and storage utilization for Servers and SAN in the BOK environment. Performs server and storage systems capacity planning.-Implement and continuously enhance the backup/recovery for all BOK systems, perform the routine backup and restore procedures.-Maintains and review patches for updating server OS and Security updates), storage systems, tests and implements vendor security patches, implements workarounds for unpatched security vulnerabilities.-Troubleshoots system-level problems, review logs for alerts and errors and ensure notification systems (email, SMS) are up and running.-Responsible for daily Backup operations for AD and Exchange servers.-Managing BOK VMware environment which contains more than 20 ESXi as a VMware administrator, how to create ESXi server, creating Virtual Machines, and how to configure this with our network. -Responsible for Kaspersky Antivirus server by the AdminKit and manage all tasks (remotely installation, updating and syncing).-Responsible for BOK Portal, designed by MS SharePoint 2010 and manage all tasks (integrated with AD, create groups, manage permissions, uploaded content, and edited entire workflows).-Follow up on the PCs troubleshooting.
