Prepare a procurement plan and procurement submittal schedule in coordination with the project    engineers and project manager. - Preparation a materials budget of each item as per the project’s contract. - Distribution of tasks on related procurement staff to contact vendors to sending the RFQ & RFP . - Coordination with related procurement staff to review and study the prepared technical and commercial comparison sheet to select the best supplier which achieves the company's require‐ments and comply with project requirements and push him to submit the technical submittal to get consultant and owner approval . - Supporting procurement staff for the negotiation with suppliers to get the best price which comply‐ing with technical requirements. - Sign contract or letters of intents “LOI” with the selected supplier to registration all agreed terms (price, payment term delivery period). - Review and confirm the draft purchasing order before send it officially to supplier to insure that all terms and approved technical details mentioned in the PO. - Supporting site team for any problems with suppliers during delivery period.
