• Set objectives to the production according to company goals & cascade them to direct reports, and design with the coordination people development plan in a timely manner.• Lead the implementation of new technologies to improve quality, product cost and better customer service.• Lead Improvement projects for enhancing productivity, reducing cost, and put strategy for Production.• Develop and implement short, medium & long-term plans for production to meet the business and forecast targets.• Manage all spending versus budget on resources allocated to labor, equipment, information technology facilities and production-related services, to meet financial targets.• Lead and foster the environment to apply Environmental, Health and Safety statutory and group requirements and promote a culture of awareness including operation hygiene and continuous improvements.• Promotes successful long-term business strategies through effective, open two-way communication and feedback.• Supervises, coordinates ad supports the Plant management team, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring all actions are taken to guarantee the satisfaction of the company and the client.• Represents the Company to third parties (e.g. Customers) and local authorities when necessary.• Take critical decisions for rescheduling production to overcome any problem and meet commercial demand.• Foster a spirit of justice and integrity in the factory and act as a professional and moral role model for all the production staff while providing guidance and decisions related to code of conduct, grievance, and penalties to middle managers and stream heads.

1- I lead quality team to improve our product and achievement customer specifications to get customer satisfaction which affect directly on our sales. 2- Responsible for creating raw and packing specifications. 3- Participate on arranging for shipments of customers.4- Participate on putting investment plan. 5- Participate on Management meeting and decisions. 6- Participate with Factory manager on negotiation with our suppliers. 7- Follow up quality assurance on achieving all quality certificate and analysis all steps for improvement.8- Participate with export manager and company manager on negotiation meeting for future shipments with our customers. 9- Responsible for preparation quality files for external inspection like (ISO 9001& ISO 14001 & ISO 22000 &18001 & Demeter &Bio Suisse &NOP &Kosher and Fair trade).10- Responsible for preparing sustainable report.11- Responsible for preparing Management file and demonstrate it in front of management members.12- Responsible for contacting with Health and agriculture ministry. 13- Contact with customers to clarify quality issue. 14- Managing experience from working as Factory manager 15- I lead all department in factory to achieve our target 16- I improve communication between all departments.17- Traveling abroad and visiting external customer help me to improve my performance .
