Roles & Responsibilities Preparation of Load schedule, L.V / H.V Power schematic diagram and get the final approval from Authority like (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC & FEWA). Design & selection of LV / HV cable size and Voltage drop calculations according to DEWA Standards Selection of Bus bar, generator & capacitor bank rating and calculation. Selection of Circuit breakers based on regulation and Short circuit calculations in a building. Designing Shop drawing as per the layout for Erection and commissioning activities. Designing Standard drawings for Lighting layout, Power layout, Containment layout, Lighting protection, LV room, electrical room and generator room detail. Designing low current system like GRMS, LCP, Access control system, Structured cabling, Telephone & data layout, BGM & AV system. Designing of fire alarm, Emergency & CCTV drawings as per CIVIL DEFENCE / TELECOM /POLICE REGULATION / CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY. Coordination of all building services at design level to achieve on time completion. Production of monthly progress reports monitoring progress against the agreed project program. Planning and scheduling construction of project and work assignments and distribution. Preparation of technical submittal and compliance statement as per project specification to submit for consultant & client approval. Preparation of technical query & reply to consultant comments. Responsible for the recording and monitoring the project costs including raising invoices, agreeing variations in scope of services. Coordinate with equipment manufactures to meet technical specification. Sending enquires to the suppliers making comparison negotiate with supplier & place the order as per site requirement. Releasing LOI and responsible to get acceptance on LOI from suppliers. Preparation of Purchase orders, Quotation Evaluation Sheet and Billing of Quantity. Overall Ability to control the project till to Handover Stage.

Roles & Responsibilities Load estimation for commercial building projects. Lux level lighting calculations using Relux software and Manual lighting calculations. Preparation of Cable sizing, Bus bar sizing and Voltage drop calculations according to Indian, British and NEC Standards. Selection of Circuit breakers based on IEC and Short circuit calculations in a building. Capacitor bank sizing for Power factor correction. Calculation and preparation of cable tray, conduit, trunking sizing. Preparation of Cable schedule, Load schedule, Phase & Load distribution schedule. Selection and sizing of Transformer, Battery, Inverter, Solar panel and Generator. Earthing calculations and selection of earthing according to the requirement of Buildings. Designing Standard diagrams for Lighting layout, Power layout and Earthing layout. Designing Communication layout, CCTV System layout and Fire alarm layout. Designing Single line diagram, Schematic diagram, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Communication Schematic diagram. Designing Arc drawing and Conduit, Cable tray, Trunking routing drawings.Designing Shop drawing as per the layout for Erection and commissioning activities
