As a senior project manager I’m leading a multiple project teams simultaneously. I’m working on large and more complex projects especially for governmental projects as the education infrastructure projects, government communication hub , Umra portal project. I work with multiple teams, each project manager of a team reporting directly to me. AS a senior PM I don’t duplicate the work of project managers but provide a higher level and wider scope of management to projects and project teams as well as Vendors and Customers. I have the authority to run projects on a day-to-day basis and delegate tasks to individual project managers.I have the expertise to contribute specialized process improvement initiatives. and also have a management experience with project delivery that span across business units.
