Working as RAN Front Office Engineer for Huawei (Telkom SA CT Project): -• Alarms Monitoring for 2G,3G and 4G Networks (Huawei Equipment).•Working with automation team so that create new automated tool that can help FO team.• (BTS, NodeB, e-NodeB, BSC, RNC) Radio Access Network within managed service.• 1st Level Troubleshooting and Escalation Matrix and follow up the closure of Trouble Tickets (TTs).• Responsible to timely inform the customer about the issue in their Network, escalate and solve the Issues.• Using Tools for monitoring and update TT like (U2020, OWS, NetEco).• Creation TTs, WOs, Dispatching FME, and follow up the Process.• Classifying and accordingly, dispatching alarms to Field Maintenance Team (FMEs).• Classifying and accordingly, escalating alarms to “BO Team” via Service Manger Tools.• Handle and Update TTs Using Operation Web Servers (OWS).• Making Daily Outage (DOR) Reports Using Excel.• Conduct initial diagnostics and undertake basic fault diagnostics to resolve customer-impacting faults.• Analyze, correlate and Classify Network Events.
