- Deal Monitoring: - Provide timely performance information from the businesses & present the summary of the same to the management- Analyze reasons for variance and suggest corrective measures- Raise alerts if there is.
- Asset Monitoring- Performed physical verification of the assets as per predetermined periodicity.- Assess health of the equipment and raise alerts if there is any cause for concern
- Prepare division wise profit & loss statement on a timely basis for the management
