- Responsible for the chemistry lab and for the accuracy of all chemical analyzes in the shift- Receiving raw milk and conducting the. necessary analyzes and tests to ensure its safety and compliance with specifications.- Receiving juice concentrates and conducting the necessary chemical analyzes to match them with the specifications of the research and development department.- Responsible for receiving other raw materials needed for the manufacturing process to match them with the factory's specifications.- Control and monitor all points, starting from receipt, passing through the IPC ( In Processing Control) , to the final product.- Monitor and follow up the manufacturing stage in particular before reaching the sterilization stage to fill the final product.- Follow up the production lines to work continuously and properly through random analysis of samples every half hour to ensure the safety of the product.- Fill out the daily reports and prepare papers for supervision and submit them to higher management.
