• Mainly, I had been Assigned to many various Insurance disputes and cases before UAE Circles and Courts Including without limitation: Car Insurance disputes, Real Estate Insurance disputes, Loan Insurance disputes...etc.• Providing the necessary legal advice and services in all jurisdiction of law Including without limitation Insurance and civil Lawsuits• Managing the client's Lawsuits through legal research, and drafting the claims forms, defence memos, any other legal document required, and attending the expert’s meetings.• Drafting, revising, and translating the client's contracts, and any other legal documents.• Representing the clients in their settlements with any other party.• Structure, draft, translate and review contracts, reports, and any other legal document.• Assigned to oversee the duties assigned to junior lawyers and paralegals.

• Providing legal advice to clients in matters related to family laws, labor disputes, commercial litigation and criminal cases.• Preparing legal objections & statements.• Helping clients to resolve their disputes either at courts or during police investigations.

• Do research into the different legal rules and stay updated about any changes.• Drafting policy for HR to follow in order to organize the company management.• Solving legal disputes in cases raised from or against the company before all the governmental sectors (ex: - general courts, administrative courts and labor office) o Providing legal advice on company contracts when requested.

• Prepare the legal documents, which the firm may require in order to carry out the business smoothly.• Do research about the different legal rules that the firm must follow. o Paralegal works.• Doresearch into the different legal rules and stay updated about any judicial or governmental decision changes.
