• Member of the core IPO team: internal preparation stage, advisors requirements (Legal, Financial due diligence, market study and prospectus), draft reports follow up with all stakeholders (internally & externally). • Plan & communicate for all types of meetings for General Assembly, Board of directors and Committees.• Responsible for execution and coordination with consultants for all corporate transactions (i.e. establish, restructure, liquidate, IPO, Private Placement, etc.) in Saudi Arabia and abroad.• Responsible for companies' updates with ministry of commerce (i.e. partners resolutions, legal entity modifications, and implementation of activities modifications after approvals, Article of associations, Bylaws updating, acquisition, renewals, trade names... etc.). • Responsible for corporate documentation and related official archiving with regular updates. • Develop Policies, Charters and SOPs as applicable to in accordance with applicable regulations and company’s strategy.• Cooperate with business unites to prepare, update, implement Policies & SOPs, and to provide technical support.
