My primary focus as a cross-brand software client architect is government industry, I’m aligned with mobility, social, and smarter cities. I’m focusing on key government accounts, I’m acting as a client advocate who leads the solutining by aligning with brand teams and integrating cross-brand solutions, collaborating with business partners, and copetition with other technology vendors for the benefit of the client and IBM.

Key Responsibilities:• Pre-sales approaches to sell the company’s solutions and services to different clients.• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within client organization.• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.• Negotiate and close deals with major business partners and clients within timescale set out in objectives.• Planning and managing for new and existing projects.• Deliver world-class services to the clients, • Earn customer confidence, trust, and loyalty by improving the overall customer experience. • Serve as the customer advocates within IBM and driving customer-centric product improvement. • Play strategic role as an Enterprise Architect to deliver advisory and planning services to IBM key and strategic IBM clients. • Enable clients to achieve their most challenging business and organizational goals while leveraging value from their current and future investment. • Plan, orchestrate, and contribute to the development and execution of the client’s strategic technology plan to align with the broader business goals in an innovative fashion. • Provide industry best practice advice and boost the likelihood of successful integration of technologies including integration and interoperability in a heterogeneous environment.Key Roles:I’m playing two main roles as the following:• Pre-Sales RoleI’m playing a main Pre-sales role focusing on big accounts, selling solutions and responsible to achieve a service sales target and individual sales quota through working as: Service Pre-Sales,  Bid/Proposal Manager  Technical Account Manager, • Delivery RoleI’m playing a main Delivery role to achieve an individual utilization target through working as: Senior Enterprise Architect  Project Manager
