Prepare Period Close Journal Entries, P&L and Balance Sheet in-line with Global CFM and USA/local GAAPfor each of the 3 affiliates as well as the regional entity. Review of Statutory/Fiscal Reports and Tax Returnsprepared by 3rd Party providers. Support the FD on Managing the affiliate entity plan and documentationprocess in collaboration with Global guidelines and CPA Firm. Establish and maintain Internal Controls,Financial Compliance, adherence to enhanced due diligence and effective monitoring with training andeducation of commercial staff. Support Finance Director, General Manager and finance team indevelopment and implementation of initiatives to achieve financial goals. Connect with external stakeholders togain best practices and become aware of any legislative/industry changes impacting business (including tax,transfer pricing and accounting). Perform annual fixed asset inventory Lead PTP activity and Supervisionof the Three Local SRM LKU Monitor Affiliate PTP KPI and Aging POs Maintain and ensure accuracy ofaccounting records - including general ledger, ICB, fixed assets, product costs and expenses. Ensureneeded trainings for SRM users & FP&A team

Manage and develop Accounts Payable and Costing Clerks. Insure month end reporting conversion fromIscala to D.1.1 and D.1.2 System Review Monthly payroll and posting and prepare salaries paymentsPrepare vendor manual checks and insure all payments are done in alignment with Abbvie Policies Preparemonthly tax returns and payments Collect employees expense reports and prepare monthly reimbursementand cash advance restitution Manage AbbVie bank account and petty cash

Prepare all closing activities (monthly, quarterly and annually) with financial accounting team. Provide allcontrol standards, Segregation of Duties (SOD) and ensure its conformity with internal control policies and anyapplicable local laws. Ensure Audit remediation plans are correctly implemented and performed within thetime frame provided.
