• Inventory & Assets data verification and enhancement project for APM terminals consist ofphysical verification for each material in the warehouse/ Assets in service and collecting anymissing information.• Identify the location (Bin, Shelf, Area, etc.) that will be collecting the data from in the Rig-Serv.Application (App).• Identify and capture data based on information provided by APM Terminal regarding stockon-hand and add the new items not identified in the provided APMT data.• Verify and capture the information for each item such as: Noun, Modifier, Manufacturer,Manufacturer Part Number and Key Attributes.• Record all data on Rig-Serv’s App in order to review it and the data will be processed forenhancement and data analytics.• Sharing the daily progress with stakeholders at APMT through a custom dashboard.• Evaluating each terminal’s warehouse locations and processes.

-Manage the central warehouse in Dukhan support services area which serving 9 landrigs, workshop, 3 water well rigs as well as the offshore 12 facilities -Directs and develops team members in multiple functionalities (logistics and warehouse &inventory management team) to achieve and maintain high productivity and accuracy.-Efficiently review and approve purchase requisitions prepared by replenishment teamon dailybasis in ERP system and prepare reports and analyze inventory data regarding rate of usage,lead times, and requisitions for future needs.-Take a lead role in the contract management for consignment & on call-off basis, monitorstock levels & analyze when to replenish stock to be ready for future usage.-Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, developing, and counselling of team Members in amanner which builds and sustains a high performing team.-Complete regular employee performance evaluations, including goal setting and achieve theKPI’s in-line with company targets.-Assist in developing and evaluating procedures and work processes.-Prepared cyclical inventory of stock and periodic reports for the Rig Managers and shorebased Materials Manager and regularly review obsolete and surplus parts and advice RigSupervisors for follow up.-Ensure proper material lease with consigned inventory monitoring, reporting & dispatching of materials from warehouse, inspect labelson chemicals, oil, paint, additives etc. & administer the set up & layout of warehouse arrangements.-Scrutinize all final dispatches from the facility to land rigs verifying that the right things transit to the right destination rigs and Quarantines rejected goods for further action/return in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.-Develop plans for efficient logistics between central warehouse, GDI land rigs, offshore client's logistics and third-party workshops or suppliers.-Ensure accurate and timely processing by staff of all necessary documents into ERP system

-Maintaining the Materials Master and its exclusivity & uniqueness by setting and following a proper logic for item creation in the item Master.-Maintaining inventory on hand at an optimal level to avoid having excess stock or being out of stock.-Ensure that Classification and coding of each item is well created in the Materials Master and complete with all description, Main Equipment references, part number, manufacturer and models etc. and should be allotted a unique catalogue number which is based on set logic for creation of material catalogue.-Proper identification, linking, Coding and cataloguing of various items left from Projects, in coordination with user group.-Remove duplicity if any in any item either due to description, or due to code or any other reason.-Ordering requirements for operation spares for both offshore and onshore rigs.-Ordering operations spares required for major overhaul / repair capital projects (planned shutdown)-Maintains all records pertaining to creation/ cataloguing of items in the Materials Master including the source documents for technical or related information used in cataloguing process for future reference.-Coordinated freight handling, equipment moving and minor repairs, and oversaw mail handling and courier service.-Frequent contacts with User group engineers, planners to obtain information and to discuss alternate materials, duplicity in materials/codes/requisition etc. Internal frequent contacts with Warehouse Superintendent/ Warehouse Supervisors, Stock Controller and Buyers related to specification, stock control parameters, source documents etc.-Handling of Obsolete and Surplus Material which reached to the end of its shelf life, i.e. rubber good and chemicals and any inventory which belongs to retired equipment from service and prepare (MDAF) Material Disposal Authority Form.-Issued Procurement Incident Report for incorrect items & resolve Invoice discrepancies in liaison with Accounts Payable.
