My name is Mohamed Talha Eisa Ahmed, and I am an electrical engineer with a passion for customer service. I have a bachelor's degree in electrical and power transmission installation from AlMughtaribeen University and a certificate of completion in electrical and electronics equipment installation and repair from Exemplar Center for engineering training and career development. I am also pursuing an associate's degree in engineering from Tob Leaders ProfissOnal Training center, expecting to graduate in January 2025.In my most recent role as a customers service team leader at 2M MEDICAL Center, I was responsible for efficiently handling doctor's appointments, meeting daily and weekly medical center requirements, addressing personnel needs, and resolving customer issues. I also ensured that employees' needs were met, contributing to the smooth operation of the medical center and the satisfaction of both staff and customers. Prior to that, I worked as an electrical engineer at Actic Engineering, where I performed load testing, voltage and frequency tests, fuel system checks, regular inspections and cleaning, electrical and mechanical component checks, oil analysis and changes, battery system maintenance, and operational schedule establishment. I also monitored fuel levels and replenished them as needed.My professional journey has equipped me with a robust skill set, including problem-solving, effective teamwork, pressure handling, and communication.
