Currently I am employed as a Senior Engineer at ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY since august 2018 responsible for Construction and Fit out of 33 different projects G+4 buildings and Luxury villas in DUBAI, I am following all sites supervision, materials selection, Payments, Procurement and following the progress on site according to the program of work, reviewing architecture and structural shop drawings submitted by the contractors and following the execution on site accordingly

Currently I am employed as a procurement Engineer for more than 150 different construction projects Villas, Residential buildings, commercial buildings, Mosques, Schools, Malls.I revise design drawings and Request inquiries for all construction and provisional sum item Sanitary wares, joinery Works, Marble and Ceramic Tiles, Aluminum Curtain walls and windows, Light Fitting, Swimming Pools, Clay Tiles, Steel and Aluminum Gates, Lifts, Diffrent types of Ceiling.I revise the Quotations from Subcotractors and suppliers technically to our standards and specifications and comparisons for final Total Amounts comparing to our estimated budget for each items.Attend Meetings with Suppliers and Subcontractors Regarding Offers Prices and technical recommendation we request.Attend Meetings with clients and Owner representatives To Finalize all issues related to procurement to assure the best Quality and offer prices.

Project: 10 Nos(2B+G+10) buildings Client: Meydan AziziMain Contractor: progress constructionProject Value: 150 million USDIt’s a residential compound of 10 plots 2B+G+10 in Nad Alhamar, Dubai.I was totally responsible for One plot starting from the piles, Raft, steel works, concrete works, finishing. Coordinate with all subcontractors and technical support. Managing the progress on site according to project time schedule. Attending two progress meetings weekly with the the consultant and owner representatives.

Project: Grand Egyptian Museum - GizaClient: The Egyptian GovernmentMain Contractor: Besix/Orascom JVProject Value: 980 Million USDI have Project Managed this project for the last 6 months installing primarily gypsum and metal ceilings systems. The value of this package is currently 6 million USD. I am overseeing design details, engineering submittals, mock ups, and site installation has recently commenced,Attend meetings with the main contractors and client .

Project: Al Masah Hotel (new administration capital )Client: The Egyptian Government Main Contractor: Orascom Construction industries Project value 140 millions USDI have project managed this project for gypsum ceiling works, metal tiles , grids system and partitionsI am running this project with 5 supervisors and 150 labours under my responsibility .I am overseeing design details, engineering submittals, mock ups, and site installation has recently commence.Coordinating with all other trades MEP work , Marble ,wood cladding ...,etc .Attending meetings with the client and main contractor .The value of this package now 1.2 million USD.

Project: Mall of EgyptClient: Maged Al FuttaimMain Contractor: Besix/Orascom JVValue: Project Value 770 Million USDI have Project Managed this project from start to finish installing all gypsum ceilings, partitions, bulkheads and wood ceiling sub frames. The value of the ceilings and partitions package was 15.2 million USD. I was the senior person onsite and had full autonomy to oversee all aspects of this project including the execution of shop drawings, procurement, logistics and site installations including attending weekly meetings with the Client and Main Contractor. My Company also installed gypsum ceilings and partitions for and addition 18 tenants which also fell under my responsibility.

I have worked as a site engineer responsible for abuilding of 11 floors for :Civil works for all concrete skeleton Fit out and finishing including :Block work , plaster work , paint , floor ceramic tiles , wall ceramic tiles , gypsum board cladding , gypsum board ceiling .
