• Working as a production engineer Responsible for Urea and Melamine Formaldehyde Moulding powder production using Urea or Melamine with Formaldehyde and some additives to improve its chemical and physical properties.
• Assists in the implementation of section policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled Day to day management
• Ensures successful production in terms of quality and quantity as per specifications of the Production budget with optimum use of resources.
• Supervises the operations of the plant and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work instruction. Take instructions from Shift Superintendent and communicate down the line for implementation
• Ensuring that all engineering work is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other Requirements
• With due regards to safety, operability and maintainability

• working as a production engineer Responsible for Chemical finishing of textiles using chemicals as fillers, softeners and other applications
• Operates field equipments in his field section as per standard operating procedure (SOP) to achieve budgeted production.
• Reports any abnormality in his field section to Shift Superintendent/ Shift Supervisor/Panel Supervisor/Senior Operator, and takes instruction from them for corrective action to achieve uninterrupted production
• Ensures that log sheets, forms, and check list are completed during start up, normal operation, and during emergencies for review

6th Of October City

• Working as a production engineer Responsible for CMC (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose) production by using MCA (Mono Chloro Acetic acid) with cellulose and Caustic Soda (NaOH) in Ethanol medium through a chain of chemical.
• Ensures successful production in terms of quality and quantity as per specifications of the Production budget with optimum use of resources
• Operates PLC and field equipments in his field section as per standard operating procedure (SOP) to achieve budgeted production.
• Reports any abnormality in his field section to Shift Superintendent/ Shift Supervisor/Panel Supervisor/Senior Operator, and takes instruction from them for corrective action to achieve uninterrupted production
• Ensures that log sheets, forms, and check list are completed during start up, normal operation, and during emergencies for review and data analysis, trouble shooting and optimization of plant
