•Design & redesign Americana branded restaurants regionally as per the guidance of the international franchisee standers & instructions.•Work with outside consultants, vendors, contractors and District users in managing and administering projects. •Ensures that design and construction meet user needs and is completed within schedule and budget restrictions. •Manages projects, including advertisements, proposal evaluation, consultant interviews and selection, fee negotiations, construction bidding and contracts preparation.•Coordinates contracts with outside consultants; ensures existing facilities and new designs comply with existing codes and meet all other applicable codes; Coordinates Building Committee meetings and implements the needs of user groups.•Attends and represents the company at all project meetings and monitors actions at meetings for compliance with Governing Board, state policies and standards; •Coordinates specification, purchase and delivery of furniture, fixtures and equipment; •Monitors project budgets and schedules including recommendations for necessary changes; •Prepares and executes requests for change orders, payments, schedule changes, interpretation of documents, vendor invoices and ensures timely payments; coordinates project budget status.•Reviews and reports on design and construction progress; oversees project close-out, assisting in warranty period inspection and issues, including managing and resolving all post-construction claims and contract issues.•Determines and initiates appropriate action to provide problem and dispute resolution on all consultant, contractor and insurance claims.
