- Provide oversight and supervision for the implementation of Gaza Emergency activities in Egypt necessary to achieve the expected emergency response objectives, outputs, and deliverables; - Develop and sustain effective strategic working relationships between Anera, governmental and non-governmental partners, and other stakeholders as necessary.- Liaise and present on behalf of Anera at sectoral meetings, UN Clusters, Egyptian Red Crescent Society, and other partners working on the Gaza Emergency in Egypt; Identify opportunities and promote a supportive environment to enhance linkages between Anera and other INGOs partners;

- Provide project management with quality and timely completion of project activities per the implementation plan.- Supervise case management process in the different service-providing premises in compliance with Caritas and UNICEF case management policies and procedures.- Respond to reports of alleged child abuse and neglect in a timely and effective manner, working with relevant authorities as needed.

- COP27 TV Assistant. Got promoted to work as International Broadcast (IBC) manager associate, overseeing 1000 (approx) TV and Radio Broadcasters, Press Agencies, and Journalists covering all COP27 events and meetings.- Escorting UN security to the Implementation Summit, National Statements of the high-level segment for Heads of State and Government, Meetings of the Convention and the Protocol Bodies, and the high-level segment for Heads of Ministries and NGOs.

- Managing quality assurance program, including on-site evaluations, internal audits, and customer surveys with experience in digital data collection, analysis, beneficiary, and distribution management.- Completing all paperwork, recognizing any discrepancies, and addressing them in a timely fashion.- Developing and implementing training classes to educate team members and community residents on disaster relief.Project highlights: (North Sinai: humanitarian assistance to households)- Conducting family needs rapid assessments, data collecting, information management, data innovation, and reporting throughout the project cycle.- Delivering Food & Daily Essential to 1,000 vulnerable migrant unaccompanied children who received food and hygiene items every month, and 10,000 families (50,000 individuals) in North Sinai received food parcels, white flour, and hygiene kits, while 4,000 families (20,000 individuals) family received blankets, in cooperation between the Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) and ICRC from Jan 2021 to Feb 2021.- Participating in the Aid convoys which were sent to North Sinai in December 2018 & and January 2019.

"OneChildhood is an initiative that advocates for one and equal childhood forevery child regardless of age, gender, nationality, race, religion, economic, or political situation."- Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.- Managing technical training workshops.- Building partnerships with international and national stakeholders.- Coordinating the implementation of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).
