Allocated Area Consists of the Typical Floors, Tasks Involves of the Following:• Managing Resources, Materials, Equipment, Skilled & Unskilled Manpower & Follow up The Performance, Productivity of the Works Force & Solving Problems Faced to Achieve the Best Quality of Work.• Managing Fit Out Subcontractors Works, Provide Daily & Weekly Reports with Progress & Issues Faced & Proposed Solutions, & Methods to Avoid Future occurrence.• Liaising with the Consultants, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Planners, Quantity Surveyors & the Manpower Involved in the Project.• Planning the Work & Efficiently Organizing the Site Facilities, Equipment & Work Force to Meet Agreed Deadlines, & Provide Quality Works• Checking Plans, Drawings (IFC, Shop Drawings & Specifications) & Quantities for The Accuracy of Calculations of Materials Required & The Work to be Done as per Approved Drawings & Specifications.• Responsible for the Preparation of Daily & Weekly Progress Reports, for the Allocated Area of Work.• Supervision & Quality Control of all MEP (Electrical & Mechanical Works) as per Specified Quality & Drawings, to Achieve the Best Quality of Final Works.

• The Project is ACS International School Alkheesa Campus (60,000 m2), Area Allocated Involves the Supervision & Completion of all of Site Infrastructure Activities, Including but not Limited to, Rain, Sewage, Water & Irrigation Lines, Hard & Soft Landscape, Paved Roads (Interlock / Asphalt), FIFA size Football Pitch, Multipurpose Courts (2 no), Tasks & Achievements as Follow:• Provide Daily & Weekly Reports of Works Progress & Problems Faced & Proposed Solutions.• Following up Inspection Request with Consultant to Get Approvals for Finished Works.• Ensuring all Works Performed & Materials Used are as per Specifications.• Liaising with Clients & a Variety of Professionals Involved on The Project Including Managers, Architects, & Subcontractors• Planning the Work & Efficiently Using the Site Facilities to Meet Deadlines.• Making Sure the Project Complies with Legal Requirements, Including Health, Safety & The Environment.• Following up the Activities to Achieve timely Completion within Budgeted Cost & Quality as per Standard.• Achieved a 95% completion Rate for the Site Infrastructure Activities and 100% compliance with the Health, Safety & the Environment Requirements.

The project involves the construction of a 2-Storey health & wellness center, besides a mosque, watchman rooms, Guard houses, waste holding, service building & ambulance garage. In addition to the infrastructure works including roads (asphalt/interlock), soft and hard landscapes, parking & parking shades. Situated in Al Shamal, Qatar. The center incorporates a dialysis unit, general centers, outpatient and specific facilities, dental facilities, pre-marriage centers, maternity and youngster centers, radiology labs and drug stores. It additionally incorporates relaxation and recovery facilities, such as swimming pool, fitness center, massage, and steam rooms. Allocated Tasks & Area of Works Involves:• Supervision of the Main & all the Surrounding Buildings. Structural Works from Raft to the Roof.• Supervision of all Infrastructure Works for the Health Center, Starting from Excavation, to Fixing all the Services, Backfilling, Interlock/Asphalt Paved Roads, Parking Lots & Shades, Road Markings & Signages, Besides the Hard & Soft Landscape Works.• Supervision of all The Subcontractors, Coordinating Between Them & Making Sure the Work is Done as per Approved Shop Drawings & Specifications.• Ensuring that the Work is Adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.• Ensuring the Delivery of the Project within Stated Time frame, Completed all Works Compliant with Technical Specification & Achieved Project Cost Savings
