•Responsible for (Production Dep. & Maintenance Dep. & Painting Dep. & Handling Dep.)•Coordinating with design to provide full job drawings at starting stage to avoid revision during manufacturing stages•Briefing/ Updating reduction team for any criticality in job as per order details•Reading order forms of various new jobs listing to understand critical points in job•Planning for raw material availability•Ensure job delegation to subordinates, helping them to take more responsibilities•Ensure daily scrap movement after weighing,to scrap yard and limiting scrap within limits specified•Manpower skill updating thru training and motivation•Efforts in reduction of man power at individual station through automation, training and time study•Planning of dispatch as per site erection sequence to avoid any delay during site erection at later stag•Maintaining proper stock of bought out items like fasteners•Prepare the fabrication order to W.S•Establish the fabrication schedule according to the priority received from customer services dep.•Highlight for corrective action required to be taken for the jobs behind schedule •Prepare and issue the painting system for each job according to the customer specifications •Time managements for each production line•Prepare the monthly production plan according to top management targets•Issue the monthly productivity report •Issue the monthly strategic managements reports for top management check&corrective actions •Follow up&monitor the raw materials free stock and highlight before the occurrences of any shortage•Follow up with customer services for the site claims and the required materials to be supplied ASAP, this also as well as the urgent material request orders which the site needs to complete erection works•Responsible for all maintenance issues(maintenance plans&spare parts&purchasing new machines•Responsible for all painting system apply
