Over ten years of experience in architectural construction supervision, finishing works, and supervision over contractors’ staff members on project sites; monitoring, reviewing, commenting, and reporting on progress payments, as well as quality control and safety procedures; controlling materials to reduce costs of projects; negotiating with clients to handle the contract requirements highlighting the scopes of work; preparing snagging lists; managing the manpower of projects to fulfill time schedules; analyzing approved design drawings, shop drawings, method statements, specifications, and codes of risk prevention to fulfill project handover objectives; coordinating with all subcontractors to ensure the smoothness of site activities and avoid conflicts; handling takeoff lists for quantity surveying activities; coordinating with civil, structural, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid claims relating to deviations from time schedules; and handing projects over to clients for various projects, including shopping malls, hospitals, industrial facilities, resorts, and residential buildings.
