Responsible for the assessment and management of security risk elements, advising University administrators of the acceptability of such risk, ensuring compliance with all applicable security regulations, serving as University liaison with several regulatory agencies and assisting in preparation of interactions with local and international customers regarding security issues. Responsible for ensuring the protection of the personnel, buildings, equipment and information of AUC from any kind of criminal activity

I was detailed and seconded from the Ministry of Interior to work as senior special investigator at the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Cairo. My duties include: Security adviser, Conducting investigation, detecting counterfeit official documents submitted by visa applicants; working as liaison officer to coordinate work between the Embassy and the Interior Ministry; preparing security plans and analyzing risks preparing periodical training sessions for airlines employees to teach them how to detect forgery in passports and visas, identify imposters, and assess passengers. Offering presentations to newly arrived consuls to teach them how to identify forged official stamps and passports

I held the position of chief of Foreigners’ Section at the Criminal Investigations Department of the Passports, Immigration, and Naturalization Authority as police major. My duties included examining all cases and problems associated with foreigners residing in Egypt and tourists; apprehending foreigners who overstay their Egyptian visas and those who violate Egyptian laws and deporting them in coordination with their relevant embassies.During that period I supervised around 16 police officers and a number of soldiers and troops

After passing all necessary tests, I was nominated by the Ministry of Interior to join the Peace Keeping Forces in Kosovo. I was appointed security/investigator officer at Pristina airport. Later I was selected as the passport control team leader and was responsible for examining passports of travelers in and out of Kosovo and detecting forgery. I was also responsible for making work schedules for all officers of different nationalities.During that period I supervised numbers of U.N. officers of all nationalities as well as translation assistants

I worked at the Criminal Investigations Department of the Passports, Immigration, and Naturalization Authority. I was responsible for collecting information and arresting forgers of entry visas to European countries. I also supervised work at the country’s points of entry and exit like Taba, Sharm El Sheikh and Cairo airports, and worked to control illegal immigration.During that period I supervised fifteen officers and a number of soldiers and troops.

I was selected for the position of office manager for the Senior Assistant to the Minister of Interior. My duties included making reports on public security at the Republic’s level; receiving information from directors of security in the different governorates concerning critical events and cases and making reports and recommendations for appropriate action. I also formed investigation teams of officers and troops to arrests suspects in critical criminal and political cases and laid down plans to secure places visited by the President

After being promoted to the rank of police major, I was selected to work for Cairo Security Directorate’s Criminal Investigations Department. My duties included: collecting information from various secret sources; arresting suspects in homicides, drugs, rape, and abduction crimes; making plans and taking preemptive measures to thwart crime in the city of Cairo.During that period I supervised ten officers and a large number of soldiers.I received a financial award from the Minister of Interior for my dedication and hard work that resulted in apprehending suspects in many criminal cases

I was nominated and selected to work as chief of criminal investigations unit at Ain Shams police station affiliated to the Cairo Security Directorate’s Criminal Investigations Department. My duties included: investigating, detecting, and collecting information on drugs, homicide, robbery, and rape crimes as well as political crimes; acting to control and identify plans devised by extremist religious groups that were active during that time.During that period I supervised six officers and a number of soldiers.I received a financial award from the Minister of Interior for apprehending a group of suspects involved in a high profile case.

I worked as police officer at Matareya police station affiliated to Cairo Security Directorate, starting as lieutenant and working my way up to the rank of 1st lieutenant. I was appointed as chief of the Station’s investigation unit and my duties included: receiving and investigating citizens’ complaints, patrolling the area that falls within the jurisdiction of the Station to detect violations and apprehend outlaws.
