- Prepare daily report to finance director describing the facility position.- Relationships with multiple bankers- Monitor and handle facilities due dates to be settled on time across the group ensuring interest & charges are deducted as per the bank tariff rates and facility agreement.- Work closely with banks & performing the operational transactions e.g. (loan requests, settlements, rollover, early settlements and partial settlements etc...).- Filing group banks facility agreements in soft & hard copies ensuring all documents are in place in case of immediate use.- Responsible of providing legal, security and collateral documents to bank’s RM in case of semi-annual review / annual facility renewals.

- Filling letter of guarantees application.- Filling letter of documentary credits application.- Preparing all double entries for ( LG , LC , LOANS ) - Creating all bank transfers and payment vouchers.- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.- Preparing monthly reports for banks facility.

- Responsible for costing of hiring equipment. - Responsible for calculating time sheets of hiring equipment and translate it to value as contracts.- Preparing Accounting entries that belongs Entitlement Suppliers, Enter it on the Excel sheets and distributed it to cost centers recipient. - Preparing double entries on the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX- Preparing monthly subcontractors reports

- Responsible for creating journals . - Responsible for transaction of payable in ERP System - Taking care of most bank transactions.
