WATERBAY PROJECTThe Project composes of three Towers of 10 multi-story, multipurpose use, residential and service hotel apartments, one of which will be operated by Paramount. The ground floor of each tower comprises most of the main facilities such as swimming pools, man and women Gym, SPA and other several recreational amenities. The front and rear walk will be occupied by a licensed restaurant and other retail areas. The project will be surrounded by high-end landscape. Three basements of the gross area of land are used as a car park.

LAYAN RESIDENTIAL AND WATERPARK AT DURRAT MARINA DURRAT AL BAHRAINLayan Project is a luxury residential resort with a luxury Waterpark Project at Durrat Marina - Durrat Al Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Project is developed over a total plot area of 75,495.20 Sqm, 14,540 m2 structural slab and include the following facilities: Entrance area, Ticket office, Changing rooms (male/female), Lockers, Retail spaces, Food and Beverage area, Different types of Water Slides, Private Slides directly connected to selected balconies, Water Movie Theater, Children attractions, Other attractions, Tropical Lazy River, surf simulator, Leisure Pool, Wave pool, Landing Pools, Pool Bar, Jacuzzi’s, Raft Conveyor, Management office and control room, Seating Area, Cabana’s, Beach, Mechanical rooms, Storage, toilets and janitors areas, Landscape and natural walkways.

AL KHOBAR GARDEN PROJECT AND LAGUNA RESIDENCE VILLASThe project consists of 30 plots with maximum service ground and first floor located in Al Aziziyah on the North Western side of Al Remal Development. The Architectural design developed into Four (4) different models and styles (Arabic and Spanish) to meet the Client’s requirements and budget. The Employer, Jenan Real Estate Company, had a fixed goal of enhancing their client’s standard of living by providing convenient and affordable housing serving their needs to achieve this goal.

PROCARE RIAYA HOSPITAL EXPANSION PROJECTThe project developed over a plot with a total area of 11,507 SQ.M with a total built-up area of 17,128 SQ.M. The building footprint area is 3,611m2 covering 31% only of the total plot area while the remaining area was developed as surface parking to host 201 parking spaces. The functions of the hospital are divided over one basement level, Ground Floor, and seven Floors above ground.

JENAN CITY PROJECTJENAN City developed on two plots. Plot (1) for 5-Star hotel & service apartments “operated by Hilton” comprising of 150 keys and 100 serviced apartments, including all different facilities and a health club. And an office tower consisting of (15 floors), a shopping mall, as well as a vertical compound containing 56 apartments for lease to expatriates. Plot (2) for a residential building consisting of (4) towers varying from 14 to 20 floors and 8 low-rise buildings (5-7) floors high. Different residential types are provided (apartments, townhouses, duplexes...Etc.) 386 residential units and its amenities. The total built-up area for the Project is approximately 320,000m².

ABYAT MEGA STORE SHOWROOMThe Project consists of one Abyat Mega Store Market which contains a showroom with an area of about 18,000 m² that included Mezzanine floor serving as Offices and workshops, partial Basement for underground water tanks, and associated facilities in addition to external landscape area and open car park of about 10,000 m². The project was constructed using a steel structure system with regular cladding and internal simple finishes.

SOFITEL BAHRAIN ZALLAQ THALASSA SEA & SPAZallaq Resort hotel-kingdom of Bahrain is a five-star luxury resort hotel that reflects the excellence and superiority of its surroundings; consisting of approximately 262 Keys including five VIP suites, one Royal suite, spa, restaurants, and a conference hall. The resort stretches over a 63,167m² with a further 89,175m² of the adjacent sea with marina facilities.

FOUR STAR HOTEL AT SEEF DISTRICTFour star hotel at Seef district area which comprises of three basements underground as a car park, 3 floors for service utility and entertainment in addition to 20 typical floors containing 120 hotel rooms and 30 hotel apartments.

AL-AREEN HOMESAl Areen Homes are composed of 40 luxurious 2-storey deluxe villas – designed using high international standards to deliver exceptional homes and a quiet environment. Each villa will be built on an approximate area of 450 sqm – where it will offer 3 or 4 bedrooms as well as other standard facilities such as a private swimming pool and a garden and general landscape.

Responsible for executing ,management and completion of the construction projects on time and within the stipulated budget . I was also responsible for technical coordination between various engineering disciplines including troubleshooting, and preparation of construction monthly reports, schedule control, monthly invoicing, review and certification of Sub-Contractors. I have worked on different type of building such as the residential, commercial and hospitality
