I oversee the legal operations, negotiation, and credit risk management of the collections department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I joined Tabby in March 2023, after working as the Global Fraud Team Manager at HSBC for two years, where I led the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies and policies across multiple markets. Prior to that, I was the Assistant Manager Collections - Regional Financial Guidance at HSBC, where I supported the regional collections team in providing financial guidance and solutions to customers in financial distress. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, and I have multiple skills in legal operations, negotiation, and credit risk management.
