- Visit sites to collaborate with FME to ensure following operation processes. Work closely with engineers in on-boarding phase.- Ensure the stable operation of the network of the region.- Make every effort to ensure the cyber security business of the region. - Support & guide the 28 country in region with all inquiries about operations handling on daily basis.- Support all engineers on how to handle network operation and ensure zero man-made issue.- In charge of supervising and creating knowledge articles for our region in order to help them resolve common issues and help them understand our processes and its features easily.- Travel to train our engineers on how to handle our Process to Improve awareness and capabilities all over the region.

• Tasked with regularly tracking KPIs and preparation of periodic reports, managing process performance, and achieving it through the tool service center.• Coaching technicians, besides setting daily management for the team members.• Develop and lead technical competence of repairs whilst ensuring all repairs are carried out in line with Hilti repair standards.• Perform standard production repair of Hilti tools as a skilled technician around 30 to 50 % of the time of partner business.• Coordination between the company and customers regarding technical issues.• Leading new transformation projects and establish repair policies, procedures, and standards together with developing methods to maximize productivity and quality with minimal cost.• Define and monitor performance goals in line with department objectives. Monitor and control spare parts inventory to meet company objectives and fulfill customer requirement.• Ensure Final functional & safety testing after every repair to ensure customer safety within area.• Identifies stock shortages & wrong min/max levels & works with materials management & the Spare Parts Warehouse to correct ensuring spare parts availability & Hilti’s Lifetime service commitment.• Responsibility for initial training of all new technicians within the area of responsibility.• Responsibility for the introduction of repair concept for INP products into the AMS, including tooling, spare parts, and local training per the defined INP process.• Supporting continuous improvement projects to eliminate losses and to efficiency.• Preparing daily data for shop floor meetings.

Leads a team of 5 supervisors and 25 operators and laborers thru 2 injection lines.• Prepare technical specifications and quality instruction.• Execute the main quality plan for the production processes.• Follow up the testing and inspection activities of all products for complying with the specification.• Study the deviation in raw material and product specifications with finding a proper solution to avoid these deviations.• Participate in studying customer complaints concerning product quality.• Prepare the regular quality reports to be presented to the quality manager, and reviewed in the management review meeting.• Prepare the inspection methods for all incoming materials to confirm it's complying with the required specification.• Prepare the statistics data for quality control.
