• I am a Management Consultant with more than 20 years of work experience ,currently I am working as a Director at Quick-Wins a multi-regional management consulting and training firm that helps organizations plan their business, develop their strategy, design their structure, and develop their people and processes effectively and efficiently. • Through my work experience, I worked on programs included strategy development and strategy cascading, also organization restructuring and change management programs.• I Started my career as a Mechanical Engineer by joining a well known HVAC Sub-Contractor in that field called MATCO, i contributed in the design and Installation of Heating , Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems• Afterwards I shifted to technical sales career by joining Sphinx for commercial agencies, A corporation specialized in design and installation of huge national development projects in the field of security printing and smart cards, I had the opportunity to work with one of the industry experts on national system integration projects with the Egyptian Government • Afterwards I embarked into the management consulting field by joining the founding team of Quick-Wins, I managed strategy implementation projects and succeeded in accomplishing a number of challenging projects in different sectors like Retail, Technology , Contracting, Training , Trading , Medical Services, Education and industrial in different countries in the region including Egypt ,KSA, Oman , Qatar, UAE, KSA and Kuwait • During my time at IBM I lead change management projects in digital transformation programs mainly SAP implementations in MEA region
