Preparation of Cash flow Statement and Preparing the cash flow forecast for the month and quarterly, highlighting the inflows and outflows. Preparation of Budgeting Financials, Cash flow plans Preparation of projection for the next 5 Years and follow up the Implementation Process Analyze all financial reports for the group and add the plans for Cutting Cost and Improve Margins

Preparation of financial statement. Implementation for E.R.P system (INFOR E.R.P) Communication with Banks, arranging documents required for opening of letters of credit, bank guarantees, bank overdraft facilities general and specific project financing facilities. Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation and follow-up of outstanding items.Performing day to day transactions for all suppliers’ invoices (local & foreign), payments & reconciliations with suppliers and making sure suppliers are paid on time. Performing the inventory count and preparing report of inventory counts. Price Comparison for inventory items purchased from different suppliers. Preparing cost report for major projects. Preparing Profitability report for all major projects. Preparing Vat report. Recording sales transactions in system and follow up with customers for payments. Preparing all invoices and reports related to Saudi Aramco and follow up for payment. Preparation of Receivables Ageing Report & follow up for the old outstanding. Preparation of Sales and collection report month wise and customer wise. Preparing expectation report for the next month expected collection from customers to provide information to Treasury/CFO. Preparing the cash flow forecast for the month and quarterly, highlighting the inflows and outflows. Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence related to task assigned.Responsible for maintaining and reconciling the fixed asset register, computation of monthly depreciation, and preparation of related entries supported by proper documents. Support Finance Manager for drafting different policy matters& internal controls for improvement of processes. Coordinate with the other company’s departments and external auditors for finalizing the audit.
