• Establish a Project Execution Plan for New Projects.
• Provide Time Control Service by monitoring the progress status, report the delays and recommended corrective actions.
• Preparation and updating the master schedule (Level 2) and project management manual for the new projects under planning including all milestone activities for pre‐design, design, tender and award, construction, and.
• Implement Project Control tools for under construction projects by reviewing the contractor construction schedule baseline and updates.

• I delivered and managed the delivery of the following:
• The master schedule for the project including all milestone activities for predesign, design, tender and award, construction and completion activities.
• Responsible for the development of the design schedule, prebid schedules, shopdrawing and submittal schedule, separate contract schedules and occupancy schedules.
• The preparation of the monthly schedule portion of the PMCS report, including narrative and all scheduling update reports.
• Assist in tender evaluation to determine that the contractor’s schedules meet overall project time requirements.

• Updating the Project Construction Schedule (P3) and ensure that the work is carried out per the project construction program
• Preparing the progress reports for both the client and upper management and the progress meetings presentations.
• Reporting to Projects Managers about the progress of work and monitoring any areas of delay.
• Coordination and follow‐up the progress with all subcontractors during the submittals, procurement and construction stages and preparing the related minutes of progress meetings.
