With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and skilled Operations Manager at DAL Motors, one of the largest automotive dealerships in Sudan. I oversee the passenger cars division, managing the technical requirements, commercial planning, and customer satisfaction of the Mercedes-Benz, KIA and Mitsubishi brands. I have successfully led multiple projects and initiatives to increase the efficiency, profitability, and quality of the operations, such as implementing a new service management system, optimizing the spare parts inventory, and securing a large contract with a government agency. I have also contributed to the development and training of the technical staff, leveraging my credentials as a Certified Diagnostic Technician and a Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program graduate.
